Shipping and delivery
Follow purchasing an item you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains the order number and a tracking link. The link will show where your parcel is, as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
International shipments does not include Swedish VAT. Local VAT and import taxes may have to be payed by you in your country, this depends on the value/weight of your order.
Each country establishes these regulations and Scandinavia Form do not have any influence over it.
All shipping costs can be reviewed at the step ‘shipping’.
Orders are normally shipped at the earliest date after placed order. The time on delivery may vary but normally it's 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri).
Make sure that your personal information for the shipment is correct due to incorrect information may lead to delays in delivery.
Please note that if you do not pick up your parcel within 14 days since delivered you will be charged the return shipping fee. We reserve the right to cancel your order if your parcel is not picked up within this time.
In case of delayed delivery time we will notify you.
Force Majeure/Liability
SCANDINAVIA FORM is not liable for any delays or breach of contract that are due to force majeure. As long as a force majeure situation applies, SCANDINAVIA FORM is exempt from its contractual bond.
Scandinavia Form accepts product liability in relation to the consumer in accordance with current legislation.
