Returns and Exchanges
SCANDINAVIA FORM return policy lasts within 14 days after you received your order this according to Distansavtalslagen.
We apply the same terms for customers outside of Sweden but within 7 days.
Please note that all customers has to pay for return delivery costs.
Please return the item in its original state and in the original product packaging.
This is a must to be eligible for a refund, if this is not the case you should expect a reduction in the refund amount due to the loss of value of the item.
We also recommend that you reuse the packaging of the original parcel
Note that this does not apply to purchases that are less than 400SEK or 50EURO.
If you wish to exchange an item please return it and we will refund you. You can then place a new order for the desired item.
To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you’ve received a faulty item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within a reasonable amount of time after you become aware of the problem.
We do not accept reclaims concerning problems or shortcomings in connection with a purchase more than three years after the date of purchase.
