We are the providers and responsible of content and services available on the website, www.scandinaviaform.com (“site”) to you (“you”, “your” “user”, “recipient”, “client”). Following terms and condition, our Privacy Policy and other policies which you may find throughout our Site in connection with certain functionality, features or promotions as well as customer service, all of which are deemed a part of and included within these terms and conditions (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”).

General
By using our website, you agree to be bound by Scandinavia Form’s Terms and Conditions, as stated below. By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE OUR SITE. Scandinavia Form reserve the right to, from time to time, change these Terms at its sole discretion. By using this Site after any such change, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed. When you place an order at Scandinavia Form.com, you also agree to our terms of purchase. Review the purchase terms before confirming your purchase.

You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction in order to make a purchase on our Site. All products remain as property of Scandinavia Form until full payment has been made. We reserve ourselves for any eventual fault in printing on the site.

Due to the digital format of photographs, we cannot guarantee 100 % that the pictures originate with reality. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in our shop. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Price and Price errors
All the prices in our shop are priced as standard in EURO (€) and include 25 % Swedish VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve ourselves for price changes in circumstances beyond our control and reserve the right to adjust our prices, cancel or adjust any order with price errors without prior consent. In the cart you can see the total price including VAT, shipping and deducted discounts.

Shipping and delivery
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email, containing the item number and tracking link. Each approved order automatically generates an order confirmation therefore make sure your e-mail address is correct, its common reasons why order confirmation and delivery message is missing. We will ship to your PayPal or Payment Card registered address ONLY. Any requests or payments made to an alternative address will NOT be shipped. Shipping costs can be reviewed at the check out.

International shipments don’t include Swedish VAT. Local VAT and import taxes if applicable may have to be payed in your own country, depending on the value/weight of your order. The country establishes these regulations the shipment are delivered to and Scandinavia Form do not have any influence over it.

Ordered items and in stock are normally shipped at the earliest date. Make sure that your personal information for the shipment is correct due to incorrect information may lead to delays in delivery.

The time of delivery is the day that the item is available for collection. Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after Scandinavia Form has accepted and confirmed your order. For international shipments, delivery times are normally 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri) with UPS Express.

Unpatched orders
Please note that if a parcel is not picked up within the delivery time (14 days) you may be charged a fee and the parcel will be sent back to our warehouse at your expense. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the parcel is not picked up within delivery time. In case of delay parcels we will inform you.

Methods of payment:
We accept VISA, Master Card & PayPal. There is no charge to pay by Card and PayPal payments. We use DIBS, who provide the card Payment Service with 3DSecure. Which make it easy, safely and comfortably to shop at Scandinavia Form.

The transfer of the money is done with SSL encryption. It is used to protect the confidential information provided when you make a purchase at Scandinavia Form. This means that no unauthorized person can see your card details.

Safe payment and privacy
At Scandinavia Form we cooperate with DIBS, one of Europe’s leading Payment Service Providers. One such is certified by the card networks and handles card information according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. The transaction of credit data is encrypted and handles direct via DIBS who also provide protection for you in form of 3D Secure. 3D Secure is a technique developed by VISA and Master Card. 3D Secure identifies the cardholder with a personal code to verify that the person using a card for purchase also is the holder of the card and protects you as the cardholder and us as a company against various frauds. Scandinavia Form do not store any credit card data.

PAYPAL Pay fast and secure using PayPal. You can choose to fund your payment from your PayPal balance or through a payment or credit card linked to your PayPal account. The company gets the money without seeing your credit card or bank account number.

Transport damages
If any delivery of product content appears to be damaged, the package MUST be signed for as ‘damaged’ and we must be notified immediately. Failure to do so will invalidate shipping insurance claims and we will not be liable for the damage. Contact us at info@scandinaviaform.com.

Returns and exchanges
Scandinavia Form return policy lasts within 14 days after received order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We apply the same terms for customer outside Sweden but within 7 days.

When we receive your parcel and the items are approved we will return the order amount to your account. If you return all items in your order we will refund the original shipping costs, if you however only return part of your order we will only refund the items cost. Note that it is not possible to return sale products.

Purchase/Deny Purchase
When placing a order, a purchase agreement will only be met when we confirm the order by e-mail order confirmation, make sure your e-mail address is correct, its common reasons why order confirmation and delivery message is missing. The order confirmation is automatically generated by our database without manual review. In case of errors in, for example, indication of price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this gradually. We also reserve the right to deny purchases in case of threatening behaviour and when you as a client have unpaid debts to us.

Dispute Resolution
If you have any complaints or comments about our products and services this should be communicated to Scandinavia Form’s customer service here (info@scandinaviaform.com). If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, please contact the General Complaints Board (ARN). At Scandinavia Form we always follow ARN recommendations.

Force Majeure
If Scandinavia Form AB fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, government action or failure, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, civil unrest, sabotage, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action to greater extent, then Scandinavia Form cannot be held responsible. Force Majeure also includes authorities decisions that negatively affect market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, sales bans etc.
